JANUARY PROJECTS WITH C'EST MAGNIFIQUE

I love the January Kit from C'est Magnifique! The blues, aquas, creams, with a touch of peachy-tangerine is beautiful! The paper is from Lemoncraft and UHK Gallery.

This first layout is my son and daughter-in-law:

I used items from the Main Kit, Flower Add On, Embellishment Add On, and Mixed Media Add On Kits. I cut the shutter on the embellishment from BoBunny, and slid the picture in. I also used a doily, gesso, ink, card stock, and a couple of punches from my stash.

This layout is my oldest daughter and my youngest grandson:

I used items from the Main Kit, Flower Add On, Embellishment Add On, and Mixed Media Kits. The white flower cluster at the top is from a previous kit. I believe November. I sewed around the edge with light blue thread.

This layout is my Dad:

I used items from the Main Kit, Flower Add On, and Embellishment Add On Kits. I really made use of the BoBunny "The Avenues" Noteworthy Journaling Cards. This is all the layering behind the picture. I used gesso on the background and some on the layers, then splattered a little ink from my stash. I used Prima wire thread from the December kit. You always have leftovers from these great kits!

The next two projects are cards:

I used scraps from one of the layouts to make this one. The flower is from the Mixed Media Add On Kit. The bird and charm are from the Embellishment Add On Kit.

As you see, I used flowers from the Flower Add On Kit. The cupcake is a resin. "Sweet Treat", from Melissa Frances. I used paint and Perfect Pearls from the Mixed Media Kit to color it. I used an embossing folder from my stash.

I hope you see something that inspires you! The Add On Kits are now available in the store. The Main Kit will be revealed at the end of the month. Please visit the Store and the Blog for more inspiration from the other DTs. Also, watch for the January Sketch Challenge!

Thanks for stopping by. I hope your family had a very Merry Christmas!!

MORE LAYOUTS WITH THE DECEMBER KIT...

Hey! I have a couple more layouts to share using C'est Magnifique December Kit,

This one is Bethany and Schuyler a few years back...brother and sister love..."Christmas Day"

I used items from the Main Kit, Flower Add On, Embellishment Add On, and Mixed Media Add On Kits. I also used a die from my stash to cut out the Santa and reindeer from a piece of the paper from the kit.

This next layout is an older picture of my two grandsons..."Wish"

I used items from the Main Kit, The Flower, Embellishment, Paper, and Mixed Media Add On kits. I fussy cut the Santa from one sheet of paper and pop dotted it to the second sheet of paper to add dimension. I used the stamp in the mixed media kit around the edges, and the paint to color the wish tag.

This Kit had some pretty amazing Christmas items in it, the flowers are huge! They would be really great for some altered projects! If you see anything that interest you check it out at the online store! www.cestmagnifiquekits.com

NEW TOTES!!

Hey! Close to My Heart has a new Rolling Tote and a matching Shoulder Tote! If you like to use the plastic storage boxes from CTMH, you will love this rolling tote. They stack inside the tote for easy travel. Then the front unzips for 12x12 paper holders. The sides unzip for more storage area. The shoulder tote holds 12x12 paper holders. Check it out on youtube and soon I hope on my website www.tammybroadaway.ctmh.com I plan on ordering one this week and I will let you know what I think. It looks pretty cool on the video.

I love these plastic organizational containers! The large one is great for 6x6 paper or stamps sets. The medium one is great for jars of paint, ink pads, gesso, glitter glue, rolls of ribbon, small tools, embellishments, etc. The small one is wonderful. You can purchase inserts for the small ink pads, then add the insert for the daubers in the lid. There is also an insert that holds small containers for small embellishments. You could also just use it without an insert and put pens, scissors, rulers, or such tools in it. Now with the rolling tote, it will make it easier to take these great containers with you! Oh, and for those who like to use Project Life, the Medium Container holds the Project Life Sets perfectly!! If you are interested in the containers please visit www.tammybroadaway.ctmh.com you can find them under products. Let me know if you would like the new totes!!!
